I have been practicing yoga for almost twenty years. In 2014, I completed my 200 hour teacher training with YogaGypsy in Springdale, and in 2017 I completed my 300 hour teacher training with LivFree Power Yoga with Annie Q. in Connecticut.
Since then I have continued my education learning about Trauma-Informed Yoga with the TIMBo Collective, Accessible Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.
Most recently I completed a Post-Natal Fitness Specialist Certification with Jessie Mundell’s Post-Natal Fitness Academy.
As a new mother myself, I relied heavily on my yoga and meditation practice to get me through times of stress, and my own journey with pelvic pain after giving birth has inspired me to help other women return to exercise and yoga after birth with confidence.
