After a bit of a break, I’m bringing back my guided meditations. You must be as excited as I am! While I love a nice long guided meditation, I’m working to do some shorter ones for beginners, mind wanderers, or the chronically busy. This week’s meditation was inspired by the lovely weather we are having here in New England. I did run into some trouble finding a quiet spot outside, but I think this is the beauty of taking your mindfulness practice out of quiet rooms. We get to truly see how the mind reacts in real time. Try to get outside for this one or at least sit near a window. I talk a little at the beginning, the meditation begins around the 2:45 mark.
