Make 2015 the year that you changed your life. Would you like less stress? More productivity? Enhanced focus? More compassion and insight? Mindfulness meditation can be that powerful tool for change. In this three class series, you will learn how to meditate and how to cultivate a regular mindfulness practice.

Have you always wanted to begin a meditation practice, but found it all confusing and intimidating? Have no fear! This class is called Practical Mindfulness for a reason. We start out small and easy, and build up from there. No previous experience is necessary.

Have you tried to meditate and decided you just weren’t that great at it?  You will be shown small steps you can take in your day-to-day life to live more mindfully. You don’t have to be good at meditating to meditate; you only need to be open minded.

Each class will incorporate discussion, gentle yoga, and a guided meditation.

You will need to bring: a yoga mat, a pen, and an open mind.
