I cannot believe it’s Day 29.  I have yoga’d SO MUCH this month, and I truly had (and am still having) a blast.  Today’s pose is Wild Thing or Camatkarasana.

I cannot get into the full expression of the pose, but I will be demonstrating how to “Flip Your Dog” which is similar, and great practice until you are ready to become “a Wild Thing”  For those not familiar with yoga, this movement starts in a Three-Legged Dog position with the knee bent like this:

Flip Dog1 Here, I have already started opening the hips. Then slowly, WITH CONTROL, allow your leg to flip over.
