Day 13: Bridge

It’s Day 13, and today’s pose is Bridge pose or Setu Bandha Sarvangasana.  photo 3

If you can’t clasp your hands under your body, you can keep them at your side.  You can even put a block under your hips.  Push with your feet, but keep your knees from splaying out to prevent low back pain.
